We are sharing this link to a recipe for Candied Yams which is almost identical to my own. The only differences would be that I slice the sweet potatoes in lengthwise sections, I omit the ginger, and I sometimes add some miniature marshamellows on top toward the end of the cooking time. But I’m sure these would be great all the same. They are very decadent.
