EASY BAKED BEETS

One way that I like to make beets is to simply wash them, wrap them in aluminum foil (still whole, and with their peelings still on) and bake them at 400 degrees for around 45 minutes. When the beets are finished baking I slide the skin off, slice and sprinkle them with a tiny bit of salt and pepper, and that’s all. Goat cheese goes well with these.
