To me, cabbage is a “comfort” vegetable.  It tastes good, it’s nutritious, and it’s been part of my life since I was little.  It is really yummy sauteed in a black, cast iron skillet.  Try one of our recipes, or create your own.  Either way, make cabbage a part of your meals.

You can prepare cabbage in a variety of ways:

  • Steamed
  • Boiled
  • Stir-fried
  • or as an ingredient in many dishes
