Jalapeño Salsa

– 2 1/2 jalapeños

-Red onion

-Yellow onion

-White onion

-Tomatoes

-Garlic

Method:

Saute 2 1/2 jalapeños sliced lengthwise with 2 slices each of red onion, yellow onion, & white onion, until cooked. Next, fill blender 3/4 full with roughly chopped tomatoe pieces. These need to be nicely ripe. Then, put into the blender, 1-2 cloves garlic (crushed). Next, put into the blender about 1/4 cup or so of cilantro. Finally, add in the jalepeño/onion mixture & blend well.

Store in the refrigerator.

My sister Hannah made this yummy salsa yesterday, and it was delicious! We put it on quesadillas.
