EAT IT WITH A SPOON!

My mom checked out a cute-as-can-be book by MaryJane Butters last fall.  In MaryJane’s Ideabook, Cookbook, Lifebook: For the Farmgirl in All of Us, she gives a revolutionary idea on how to eat salad.  In a nutshell: put all your veggies and greens on a cutting board, and chop, chop, chop.  Once chopped, toss into a bowl and eat it with a SPOON.  Try it!  Let us know how it works.
